BUHR named Seriegazelle

BUHR, one of Norway's most innovative providers of HR services through outsourcing, has recently been honored as Seriegaselle 2025. This prestigious award honors small and medium-sized growth companies that have achieved impressive results in the Norwegian business community, and thus highlights the country's most successful companies.

Since its inception in 2018, BUHR has transformed the HR landscape, and with solid growth under its belt, it is clear that its unique concept and approach resonate well with clients across industries.

BUHR can once again celebrate its Gazelle status – this time for the fourth year in a row. This places the company among Norway's most stable growth companies, and officially becomes a Series Gazelle.

– We are incredibly grateful for this recognition. Four consecutive Gazelle awards don't come by chance, and it shows that our model truly creates value in the everyday lives of our customers, says Andreas H. King, CEO of BUHR.

Since its inception in 2018, BUHR has established itself as a leading provider of HR outsourcing services. Through subscription, customers gain access to a full HR team with broad expertise, a flexible and cost-effective solution that relieves, develops and strengthens businesses across industries.

– It is inspiring to see that the market has so well received the way we work. We are committed to being close, delivering high professional quality and being the HR resource that customers actually need, when they need it, says King.

Entrepreneur and now business developer Bjørg Ueland emphasizes the team effort behind the results:

– I am proud, touched and humbled. Four consecutive Gazelle years is a big milestone for us. It is first and foremost a confirmation that we have a fantastic team, and that our customers trust us year after year. It means everything.

BUHR is now entering a new year, and its ambitions are clear: to be a stable partner for customers, deliver value, and continue to develop the HR profession in line with the needs of Norwegian working life.
