FREE LUNCH SEMINAR IN OSLO – Workforce across borders

BUHR AS and KPMG Law Advokatfirma invite you to a free breakfast seminar on working across borders. Norwegian companies are constantly in need of foreign labor – either hired or locally employed.

Norwegian companies are constantly in need of foreign labor – either hired or locally employed. Furthermore, there are many Norwegian workers who stay abroad for shorter or longer periods due to work, and also personnel who are hired abroad by Norwegian employers. Such working conditions require a good overview from the HR department in the individual company. It can also quickly lead to obligations related to reporting, tax, residence permits and social security.

In this seminar you will receive practical tips and our experiences related to what the company should consider in connection with personnel across borders, whether it is foreign workers in Norway, or travel abroad for Norwegian employees.

Agenda:

08.30: Welcome
08.35: Inpats and the role of HR (BUHR)
08.50: Tips for success, and typical pitfalls related to reporting, tax, immigration and national insurance in connection with foreign labor in Norway (KPMG Law)
09.20: Break with coffee and mingling (Everyone)
