Norwegian companies are constantly in need of foreign labor – either hired or locally employed. Furthermore, there are many Norwegian workers who stay abroad for shorter or longer periods due to work, and also personnel who are hired abroad by Norwegian employers. Such working conditions require a good overview from the HR department in the individual company. It can also quickly lead to obligations related to reporting, tax, residence permits and social security.
In this seminar you will receive practical tips and our experiences related to what the company should consider in connection with personnel across borders, whether it is foreign workers in Norway, or travel abroad for Norwegian employees.
