BUHR strengthens the team: Trine Hetland is the first person to join the new venture

BUHR is now expanding with a new HR service; personnel coordination. Trine Hetland is the first personnel coordinator, and the one who sets the direction for the new service area. She has solid experience in HR, staffing and coordination.

Fleksibilitet og trygghet i hverdagen

– Jeg vet hvor kritisk det er å ha struktur når ting plutselig endrer seg. Derfor gleder jeg meg til å tilby kundene våre trygghet og oversikt i hverdagen,» forklarer Trine.

Hos BUHR blir hennes ansvar å koordinere kundenes personell, med ansvar og kontroll for blant annet den daglige oversikten på mannskapet, og løse kabalen når uforutsette hendelser skjer.
Personalkoordinering er relevant for alle selskap og bransjer som har arbeidstidsordninger og kvelds- eller døgnaktivitet, og som må planlegge bemanning og ressursallokering utover ordinær tid. Eksempler på dette er energibransjen, helse, butikker, shipping og lager- og logistikk.

– For meg handler personalkoordinering om å være en fleksibel ressurs – tilgjengelig når behovet oppstår. Jeg kan avlaste når det koker som mest, støtte opp som et supplement til egne ansatte over kortere eller lengre perioder, eller ta fullt ansvar for oppgaven dersom det er ønskelig. Nettopp denne fleksibiliteten gjør at hver kunde får en løsning som er tilpasset deres behov – akkurat når de trenger det, utdyper Trine.
