HR technology and AI

Several companies have invested in systems that are neither fully utilized nor solve the problems they were intended for. BUHR brings professional judgment into technology choices, and has knowledge of what actually works in the Norwegian HR context. 

AI will impact the HR profession, but to what extent and in what ways are still questions under discussion. We approach it with curiosity and reasonable skepticism, and will exploit the opportunities without compromising the human side of the HR profession.
