BUHR and Aker BP enter into collaboration on new HR concept

Aker BP entered into an innovative collaboration agreement with BUHR in January. BUHR CEO Bjørg Ueland praises Aker BP for thinking innovatively and for supporting BUHR's concept.

– There are very few people in Norway who work the way BUHR does, says Ueland.

One contact person – a whole team behind you

BUHR will deliver tasks within the HR profession to Aker BP. Behind the deliveries to BUHR is an entire personnel department with various specialized expertise that has the energy company's back.

Although BUHR is an external business partner, they work internally. A permanent main advisor and contact person ensures a good understanding of the organization and culture, while also ensuring predictable and safe processes.

– Our entire team works in BUHR – at the same time as we work with and for our customers. This means that you don't have to think about hiring or hiring, but can instead think about what kind of delivery the company needs, says Ueland.

More than an HR department

BUHR is built as a complete HR department where you as a customer have access to the full range of professionals.

– Aker BP likes the concept. We are not consultants and do not work on an hourly basis. A delivery from us contains several people who are specialists in their field. The purpose of such an arrangement is that it is more cost-effective for the customer, and gives managers the opportunity to spend more time on their core business, says Ueland.

“We look forward to the collaboration with Aker BP,” says a satisfied Ueland.
