FREE LUNCH SEMINAR – Requirements for new employment contracts from July 1st

From 1 July this year, new requirements for the content of employment contracts apply. The new rules mean, among other things, that comprehensive information must be provided about various salary elements and a number of benefits covered by the employer.

All employers in Norway must update their standard agreements so that employment contracts entered into after July 1 meet the legal requirements.

At this seminar, lawyers from Advokatfirmaet Schjødt AS will review the new rules and provide tips on what to consider when updating the standard agreements in your business. BUHR AS will review the practical consequences of the legislative change, both for the employer and the employee.
