Horisont Energi
Horisont Energi is a Norwegian clean energy company that provides clean energy and carbon transport and storage services. The company aims to transform natural and renewable gases, water, and renewable energy into cost-leading clean ammonia and hydrogen and offer CO2 transport and storage services using proprietary technology, paving the way for a low-carbon economy. The Horisont Energi group includes three subsidiaries: Horisont Ammoniakk for clean ammonia operations, Horisont Karbon for carbon storage operations, and Horisont Infra for midstream CCS infrastructure. The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Sandnes, Norway.
BUHR’s delivery:
BUHR manages the HR function at Horisont Energi on a 50% subscription agreement where we support both management and employees. We work on various tasks including management tools, general consulting, preparation and implementation of work environment surveys, employee interviews, and employee follow-up.
