BUHR is a supplement to OKEA’s own People & Organization department and is responsible for specific deliveries within recruitment, hiring and onboarding, course bookings and administration, maintenance, control and updating of data in various systems and registers, as well as administration of HR-related processes and documents. In addition, BUHR provides specialist services in connection with the transfer of business, competence management and other areas to cover additional capacity and competence needs in a company in strong growth.
